Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may choose to discontinue services with KloudCoins^®, Inc. at any time by emailing support@kloudcoins.com.

REFUNDS

KloudCoins^®, Inc. does not charge up-front fees for membership. Membership dues are drafted from your credit card on file every 30 days beginning after the first cycle has completed. License fees are drafted from commissions earned and only after they are earned. No refunds will be given for Membership or License fees.

As cryptocurrency is a tangible investment you have purchased, there are no refunds for the purchase of cryptocurrency. Once the asset is purchased, it may be sold or traded on any cryptocurrency exchange with which KloudCoins^®, Inc. participates past, present or future.

Additionally, any and all unpaid referral fees or potential referral fees are forfeited upon cancellation of your Membership.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests to discontinue membership must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of any cycle period. Cancellation requests received during a cycle period will not take effect until the end of that cycle. Cancellation requests received within 30 days of a scheduled “cycle-up” will forfeit the scheduled cycle-up fee.

Accounts that are inactive due to non-payment for a period exceeding 30 days will be considered to be in breach of membership and will be closed. No refunds will be issued and the account will not qualify for reinstatement.

REQUEST TO REINSTATE

KloudElite^® members may apply for reinstatement within 30 days of cancellation, at which time the previously closed account will be evaluated for reopening. Accounts closed for periods longer than 30 days will no longer qualify for reinstatement and will require submission of a new application.

ASSURANCES

Members of KloudElite^® and KloudCoins^®, Inc. acknowledge and agree that all information concerning KloudCoins^®, Inc. (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to KloudCoins^®, Inc.

Members of KloudElite^® and KloudCoins^®, Inc. agree not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized by KloudCoins^®, Inc. in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than expressly disclosed functions and duties as KloudCoins^®, Inc. Members and Customers.

Members of KloudElite^® and KloudCoins^®, Inc. further agree that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 36 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, you/they shall not, directly or indirectly solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any KloudCoins^®, Inc. Customer and/or Member to become a Customer of or Representative for any person or entity other than KloudCoins^®, Inc. engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.
